How to remove Cellulite
Remove cellulite it takes patience. Regular exercise three times a week is not enough. To maximize the power of chasing away cellulite, follow these tips:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Isometric movement (stretching), especially in the cellulite area.
3. Doing contraction and hold it. At first, hold for 10 seconds, then increase to 30 seconds. Repeat three times in one and increasing to 10 times in one set. Example: contract your buttock area as if you were pinning pencil. Do not forget to tighten the abdominal muscles.
